At Anya Spa, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a calm, personalized, and elevated experience. We kindly ask that you review the following policies to ensure a seamless visit.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. A valid card may be required to secure your reservation. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and begin your session relaxed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Less than 24 hours: 50% of service fee

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of service fee

This allows us to respect our time and other clients waiting for availability.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next guest. The full service fee will still apply.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please let us know—we are happy to adjust your experience to ensure satisfaction.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may be modified or declined to ensure your safety.

Buccal (Intraoral) & TMJ Treatments

For buccal or intraoral services, gloves are always used and strict hygiene protocols are followed. Please notify us of any dental work, pain, or sensitivity beforehand.

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil environment, we ask that phones are silenced and conversations kept minimal during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service

Anya Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior or arrives under the influence.
